Štefan Toth(이하 ‘당사’)가 운영하고 게시하는 Cube Sudoku 3D(이하 ‘앱’)를 다운로드, 설치 또는 사용하기 전에 이 이용약관(이하 ‘약관’)을 읽어 주세요.
1. 약관 동의
Google Play, Apple App Store 또는 Microsoft Store에서 Cube Sudoku 3D를 다운로드하거나 사용하거나 웹 앱을 실행하면 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다. 일부라도 동의하지 않으면 앱에 접근하거나 사용할 수 없습니다.
2. 지식재산권
Cube Sudoku 3D의 3D 큐브 구조, 알고리즘, 소스 코드, 시각 디자인, 아이콘, 그래픽 및 상표를 포함한 지식재산권은 Štefan Toth에게 독점적으로 귀속되며 국제 저작권법 및 지식재산권법의 보호를 받습니다.
3. 라이선스 및 허용된 사용
호환 기기에서 개인적이고 비상업적인 오락 및 두뇌 훈련 목적으로 앱을 사용할 수 있는 개인적, 비독점적, 양도 불가, 철회 가능한 라이선스를 부여합니다.
앱의 바이너리 코드에 대한 역공학, 디컴파일 또는 디스어셈블을 하지 않고, 사전 서면 동의 없이 앱을 배포·대여·임대하거나 재라이선스하지 않으며, 관련 법률 또는 타인의 권리를 침해하는 방식으로 사용하지 않을 것에 동의합니다.
4. 앱 내 구매(Cube Sudoku 3D Pro)
All puzzle sizes, difficulties and undo are free. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for unlimited hints, digit reveals and continuations without rewarded ads, and the Emerald Zen and Amethyst Violet themes. It is not a subscription. The current price, taxes and payment confirmation are shown by the store. A purchase can be restored with the same account in that store and does not transfer between different stores. Store purchase and refund rules, and mandatory consumer rights, apply. Optional Android rewarded ads are offered only to adults; unavailable or incomplete ads do not grant a reward. Free puzzles remain playable.
5. 보증 부인
앱은 명시적 또는 묵시적인 어떠한 보증도 없이 ‘있는 그대로’ 및 ‘이용 가능한 상태로’ 제공됩니다. 항상 중단 없이, 적시에, 안전하게 또는 오류 없이 작동한다고 보장하지 않습니다.
6. 책임 제한
관련 법률이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 개발자는 앱 접근 또는 사용으로 발생하는 간접적, 부수적, 특별, 결과적 또는 징벌적 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
7. 변경
당사는 언제든지 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항은 새 날짜와 함께 약관 페이지에 게시합니다.
