Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before downloading, installing or using Cube Sudoku 3D (“the Application”), operated and published by Štefan Toth (“we”, “us” or “our”).
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Cube Sudoku 3D from Google Play, Apple App Store or Microsoft Store, or by running the web application, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access or use the Application.
2. Intellectual property
Cube Sudoku 3D, including its 3D cube topology, algorithms, source code, visual designs, icons, graphics and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of Štefan Toth and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial entertainment and brain training.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Application’s binary code; distribute, rent, lease or sublicense the Application without prior written consent; or use it in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
4. In-app purchases (Cube Sudoku 3D Pro)
All puzzle sizes, difficulties and undo are free. Pro is a one-time, non-consumable purchase for unlimited hints, digit reveals and continuations without rewarded ads, and the Emerald Zen and Amethyst Violet themes. It is not a subscription. The current price, taxes and payment confirmation are shown by the store. A purchase can be restored with the same account in that store and does not transfer between different stores. Store purchase and refund rules, and mandatory consumer rights, apply. Optional Android rewarded ads are offered only to adults; unavailable or incomplete ads do not grant a reward. Free puzzles remain playable.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without express or implied warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Application.
7. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the terms page with a revised date.
