You do not need an account to play. Puzzles, progress and preferences are stored locally. The game has no chat, social profile, developer-run cloud save service or separate analytics SDK.

Optional Android advertising and store billing involve third parties and may transmit information described below. We do not claim that all information stays on your device.

The game stores your current puzzle, notes, move history, timer, statistics, campaign and daily challenge progress, remaining free hints, language, display preferences and a cached Pro entitlement on your device. Android also stores your chosen advertising age group and Google consent choices. No date of birth is requested. Local game data is not uploaded to a developer server. An exported backup contains the same local game data, is written only where you choose to save it, and does not include the Pro entitlement; the app never sends it anywhere. Android cloud backup is disabled. Other operating-system backup or synchronization settings can affect copies outside the app.

Local progress remains until you reset or remove the application data. Uninstalling a portable Windows build may leave its data folder behind.

Android offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) only to adults who select the 18+ age group. Advertising services are not contacted and ads are not requested for an unknown age, under 6, ages 6-12, ages 13-17 or “prefer not to say”. You can play free puzzles without watching an ad. There are no banners, automatic interstitials or app-open ads. Each rewarded ad requires an explicit choice, and a reward is granted only after Google reports that it was earned. An ad can be unavailable, canceled or fail to load.

Before requesting an ad from an adult user, the app updates consent information using Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) and displays a consent form when required. Settings contains advertising privacy choices to reopen the available form. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not block the puzzle game. Depending on Google’s rules and choices, limited non-personalized ads may remain available. The app requests non-personalized ads with a maximum PG ad-content rating, disables publisher first-party IDs and removes the Android advertising-ID permission. Pro bypasses advertising requests for help. Windows and iOS/iPadOS do not currently include an ad provider.

Non-personalized does not mean anonymous. When advertising services are used by an adult, Google may collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from IP), ad interactions, device/app or account identifiers where applicable, diagnostics and performance information for advertising, measurement, security and fraud prevention. Consent services process consent choices and information needed to determine applicable privacy messages. See Google’s privacy policy and advertising data disclosures below.

The game does not include a separate developer analytics or crash-upload SDK. Google Play, Microsoft and Apple may provide store diagnostics, purchase reports and performance reports under their platform settings and policies. The Google advertising SDK also processes diagnostic information when used. Such reports must not automatically be assumed to be anonymous.

Service providers include Google Play billing and Google AdMob/UMP on Android, Microsoft Store billing on Windows, Apple StoreKit on iOS/iPadOS, and Lemon Squeezy for WebAssembly browser license and purchase processing where these editions are distributed. Providers may process information on servers outside your country, under their own policies and applicable transfer safeguards.

When you visit the website, its hosting infrastructure necessarily receives connection information such as your IP address, requested URL, time and browser information to deliver and secure the site. The site stores a language preference locally. To evaluate platform interest and improve the website, we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free Umami Analytics. Umami does not set cookies, does not track visitors across websites, does not create persistent profiles and does not collect personally identifiable information; all metrics are aggregated and anonymous. The site has no advertising tracking tags. If you contact support, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. Do not send passwords, payment-card data or unnecessary personal information.

Cube Sudoku 3D is intended for a mixed audience aged 6 and older, including children, teenagers and adults. Younger children may play with a parent or guardian. The app asks only for a broad age category to protect younger players and control optional Android ads; it does not ask for or store a birth date or exact age. The category stays on the device. Advertising services are not contacted and rewarded ads are disabled unless the user selects 18+. If you believe a child has sent personal information to support, contact [email protected] so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

The app uses operating-system private storage. Google advertising services transmit information using encrypted connections. No system can promise absolute security. Local progress and preferences remain until deleted by the user. Support correspondence is kept while needed to resolve the request and for any applicable legal obligations, then deleted. Store and advertising providers determine retention for information they control; consult their policies and account controls.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, local game functionality and purchase processing support the requested service/contract; optional advertising consent is obtained where required; essential security, fraud prevention, website delivery and support rely on legitimate interests or applicable legal obligations. Provider-specific processing and consent choices are explained in their notices.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information held by the operator, object to applicable processing, withdraw consent prospectively, or complain to your data-protection authority (in Slovakia, Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR). Contact [email protected]. We cannot identify or remotely delete game progress that exists only on your device. For information held by Google, Microsoft or Apple, use their privacy controls or contact them.

You can read this policy offline in Settings and manage available advertising consent choices there. To delete local game data:

iOS/iPadOS: delete the app and its local data through device settings. Backups may retain separate copies under your device/account settings.

Windows: for a packaged app, use its Reset option where available. For a portable build, close the game and delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\CubeSudoku if you want to erase its data. Back up progress first if needed.
